I highly recommend Dr. Malik and Elite Pain & Spine Institute. I am over 65 and very active (pickleball, golf, tennis). In late 2025, my back painful had become so severe I had to seek medical intervention. I recently had a Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression Procedure (MILD) for spinal stenosis. I was in and out in 90 minutes. The procedure gave me immediate relief from morning low back pain, nerve entrapment and intermittent tingling. Dr. Malik is patient; listens to your issues and explains all procedures in layman’s terms. His staff is professional and courteous. I will continue seeking guidance from his office and, look forward to my back’s future.

Had a Spinal Cord Stimulater implanted in my back after nine months of suffering due to major spine surgery. The very minute that they completed the surgery i no longer had pain. Dr. Malik and Patel are the very best. Dr. Patel had his work cut out for him with my back, but he did a superb job. I have 12 screws, 2 rods and 2 cages implanted, plus the surgeon had to cut the back out of lumbar 4&5 vertabrae. These doctors are the best , and exceptionally easy to talk to. As a practicing dentist, I have been having lower back pain for months. After a brief description, Dr. Patel knew the exact diagnosis. He took the time to talk to me, explain the recommended treatment, and possible benefits and risks. Dr. Patel was gentle and performed the needed steroid injection nearly painlessly. His staff even walked me to my vehicle to ensure I was okay after the procedure! I will be recommending Dr. Patel to all I know for pain relief, truly an amazing patient experience.

Best place hands down. Dr Malik has been my pain Dr for 3 years and he truly listens to me, does everything he can to help and truly cares. Before coming here I had brrn to two other pain clinics and several Dr's who blew off my pain as I was young. Dr Malik actually did test and found the cause of my pain and has done so much to help it. Won't go anywhere else. The staff and the nurses are also truly amazing. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office.

Dr Patel is a SAINT. I came to him in a wheelchair, in excruciating pain (almost 2 years ago) he was able to get me pain free, and has kept me out of pain even with my spine problems. He never rushes, answers all my questions, takes his time. He makes sure we stay ahead of the pain. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE with back problems. The office staff is top notch, always accommodating and helpful, very friendly and super professional. This is a 5-star practice!

Dr. Malik and his team are very polite and helpful. I feel like I matter as a patient. They are understanding and compassionate which is hard to find these days. I really like that the Dr is willing to take the necessary time to ensure he finds the right type of treatment that will provide the longest relief. He is also efficent in getting orders placed so that you don't have to do follow up and can go about your life as needed, knowing things are being taken care of.

Dr. Patel and his staff have been great. I had to find a new doctor due to my previous one closing down and the change has been great! They are set up to perform procedures in office which is so much better than needing to use an outside surgery center. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Listens to your problems and offers realistic solutions. I'd recommend anyone who is in pain to schedule an appt to see their options.

I have been an established patient with Dr. Zeeshan Malik. At Elite Pain & Spine Institute for at 3 years and I have been very happy with all my doctor visits and he has always answered all my questions and concerns with what is best for my health and when I’m in pain. I was able to get off my pain medication if I didn’t need it anymore. And I the front desk staff are very helpful and supportive and kind. I most definitely recommend this clinic.

I have been with Elite Pain management for at least 5+ years. I have had a number of surgeries and Dr. Patel has kept my pain under control every time. The staff is always nice and kind, especially Dr. Patel. He is so polite and understands when you're going through a rough time with pain. The office is always clean.
